How do I claim my child’s rewards?


One day after your child’s campaign expires, an email is sent to the parent/guardian email submitted during sign-up that asks for confirmation of your mailing address. We cannot send out your child’s rewards until we’ve received your confirmation. If you didn’t receive the email to your Inbox, please check your Spam folders as our emails do sometimes get misdirected! Please contact us if you’re still having trouble and we’d be happy to help.
